Responsibilities
- Design and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the developmental needs of preschool-aged children.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.
- Monitor and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians regularly.
- Foster positive relationships with students, promoting social skills and emotional development.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the educational experience and share best practices.
- Maintain classroom organization and manage behavior effectively to ensure a conducive learning environment.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's development and classroom activities.

Qualifications
- Associates or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred. In the process of completion of related degree is encouraged too.
- Proven experience working with infant-aged children in an educational setting.
- Strong understanding of child development principles and early childhood education practices.
- Excellent classroom management skills to create a positive learning environment.
- Ability to develop engaging lesson plans tailored to individual children's needs.
Effective communication skills for interacting with children, parents, and staff members.
