Lil' Kickers is a renowned nationwide soccer program focused on child development theory. We offer weekly classes for children aged 18 months to 12 years, packed with fun and taught by dynamic coaches who are passionate about kids.

We believe that an amazing on-field experience will keep children engaged and coming back for more. Our curriculum is child-centered, creative, and comprehensive, rewarding effort rather than just outcome. This drives the will to try again and again, fostering a love for learning and growth.

As a Lil' Kickers Coach, you will lead young athletes through structured weekly classes, promoting their development in a safe and creative environment. Your enthusiasm and energy will be contagious, making every class an unforgettable experience for our tiny kickers.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging on-field experiences for each class
• Follow weekly lesson plans outlining games and activities
• Ensure adherence to safety guidelines outlined for Lil' Kickers programming
• Set up, clean up, and maintain the field
• Assist with grassroots marketing efforts and community events
• Complete and attend all scheduled Lil' Kickers training
• Work consistent shifts throughout each session
• Make customer care calls each session
• Achieve high rates of customer retention from season to season
• Bring a positive attitude and a willingness to have fun each day

Compensation: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour, providing a competitive income for your hard work and dedication.
