Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Preschool Teacher to join our team. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with curriculum standards.
- Educate children through play-based learning, hands-on activities, and structured lessons.
- Foster a safe and inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration and creativity.
- Conduct regular assessments to monitor children's progress and adapt teaching strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to discuss children's development and address any concerns.
- Provide care for toddlers, ensuring their physical, emotional, and developmental needs are met.
- Participate in curriculum development to enhance educational programs.
- Stay informed about early intervention strategies to support children with diverse learning needs.
- Maintain a clean, organized classroom that promotes a positive learning atmosphere.
Qualifications
- CDA required, or enrolled in CDA program, AA or Bachelor's in related field.
- Experience working with preschool-aged children in a private school setting is highly desirable.
- Strong skills in lesson planning and curriculum development tailored to young learners.
- Ability to create engaging educational experiences that foster children's love for learning.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and staff.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $11.00 - $15.00 per hour
