What You’ll Do:

• Create a safe, loving, and engaging environment that inspires two-year-olds to thrive.
• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans focusing on play-based learning, social skills, and early development.
• Spark creativity through arts, sensory activities, and interactive play.
• Foster language development and encourage self-expression in every little voyager.
• Collaborate with families to support each child’s unique journey.
• Model Lil’ Voyagers Academy’s core values of excellence, kindness, and integrity every day.

What We’re Looking For:

• A bubbly, positive personality with a passion for working with young children.
• Experience in early childhood education (required) and a dedication to continuous learning.
• A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
• Someone who holds themselves to high standards and aligns with our mission to provide outstanding care and education.
• CPR/First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain).
