Job Summary: We are looking for a meticulous and organized Inventory Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our inventory, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining optimal stock levels to meet customer demand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock of products
- Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies
- Coordinate with suppliers and manage purchase orders
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments
- Update inventory management system with accurate data
- Assist with product listing updates and maintaining accurate product information on the website
- Collaborate with the customer service team to address inventory-related inquiries
- Implement and maintain efficient inventory storage solutions
- Generate inventory reports
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in inventory management or a related field, preferably in e-commerce or retail
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency with inventory management software and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Ability to handle physical tasks such as lifting and moving boxes
