Job Description:
Our company is looking for an organized and self-motivated Customer Service Representative who will be responsible for direct contact with our customers through both email and phone conversations. The CSR's role will include working closely with our leadership team by handling clerical duties, managing customer service via both email and phone, and increasing customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing exceptional service and resolving customer inquiries efficiently and effectively. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring their satisfaction and building strong relationships.
In order to be successful in this position you must be detail-oriented, professional and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Office Administrator Responsibilities:
- Carrying out clerical duties such as answering phone calls and responding to emails.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency.
- Proactively identify and address customer needs.
- Maintain a positive and friendly attitude in all customer interactions.
- Troubleshoot customer problems and provide effective solutions.
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.
- Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges.
- Maintain customer records and update information as needed.
- Generate reports on customer interactions and feedback.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services.
- Stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures.
- Performing other relevant duties when needed.
CSR Requirements:
- High school diploma
- 2 or more years’ customer service experience.
CSR Skills and Attributes Needed:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and Google Drive.
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
