Job Purpose
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer with experience in design, configuration and deployment to enhance our Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development lifecycles, a deep understanding of Salesforce, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to fulfill LT’s program requirements and support growth needs.
Essential Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain custom applications on the Salesforce platform.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.
Use no code/low code tools for solutions on the Salesforce platform, ETL data integration, and external form building.
Configure and maintain Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, and automations
Manage data quality, including imports, exports, and data cleansing
Integrate Salesforce with other systems and third-party applications
Ensure the scalability and performance of Salesforce applications
Provide training and support to end-users on features and functionality
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce applications
Collaborate with other departments to understand business needs and implement solutions
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve skills and knowledge
Other duties:
Supports the Trust by taking on new tasks, assisting team members, and enhancing team and organization performance.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
2 years of experience as a Salesforce Admininstrator and/or Developer
Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, Aura, and Salesforce APIs.
Strong understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices.
Proficiency in SQL and database programming and related data query and update methods
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer) are a plus.

Salary : $74,000 - $86,000
