This individual must also be willing to become educated about our product and processes to beset assist both prospective and current customers, and other team members as needed.
**Responsibilities: **
- Schedule Play House installation with all customers, ensuring that we can meet deadlines for the customer in coordination with the production manager's provided timeline and availability of installers.
- Coordinate employee installation crews to be assigned projects and to effectively communicate with them the details of the project and the logistics related to the installation.
- Book transportation providers, rental cars, flights, hotel accommodations and any necessary equipment rentals for installation crews in coordination with the installation schedule.
- Build and maintain relationships with providers to ensure best pricing and quality delivery to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Analyze and optimize logistics operations, including sourcing and procurement, to minimize costs and improve deliveries.
- Develop and maintain detailed records of logistics operations, including inventory levels, shipment tracking, and delivery schedules.
- Assist other team members in a cooperative atmosphere to best serve any potential or existing customers and to work with the overall goal of providing excellent service while striving to serve the company’s desire for continued growth.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze and optimize logistics operations.
- Proficiency in demand planning and category management.
- Ability to identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Experience with third-party logistics providers.
- Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both customers and other team members.
