Inside Sales Associate (ISA) / Customer Relations Associates (CRA)
Job Overview: An Inside Sales Associate (ISA) is a key member of the sales team responsible for engaging with leads, making outbound calls, following up with clients, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The ISA will utilize the Mojo Dialer for making outbound calls, be responsible for maintaining communication with customers after the completion of a job, and contribute to marketing efforts through daily Facebook posts and outreach. This position also includes some fieldwork for canvassing, making it a dynamic role that involves both office and field activities.We encourage our ISAs and CRAs to venture in the field up to one time every 2 weeks but not to exceed 1 time per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calls:
- Use the Mojo Dialer to make a high volume of outbound calls (minimum of 100 calls per day and after 2 months maintaining an average of 120-150 per week on a monthly analyzed basis) to customers, prospects, and clients.
- Calls will be targeted to areas that coordinate with the job schedule and or storm damaged areas.
Responsible for making follow-up calls 7 days after each job is completed to ensure client satisfaction, address any concerns, confirm no materials were left behind, and ask for referrals and Google reviews (Final Touch).
- Inbound Leads & Customer Communication:
- Respond promptly to all inbound leads, including phone calls, Facebook Messenger, and Google leads. (All commission will go to ISA)
- Manage and nurture inbound leads to convert them into scheduled jobs or sales opportunities.
- Client Satisfaction & Follow-Up:
- Ensure client satisfaction after each job by conducting follow-up calls, asking for feedback, and resolving any issues that may have arisen.
- Encourage customers to leave positive reviews on Google and refer friends or family to the company.
- Marketing & Social Media:
- Create and post daily updates on the company’s Facebook page to engage with customers and promote services.
- Maintain active communication and presence on social media channels to increase visibility and attract new leads.
- Field Canvassing:
- Spend one day per week in the field canvassing neighborhoods, knocking on doors (minimum of 50 doors per day), and promoting the company's services to potential customers. To include leaving letter, door hangers, and other “Brand Growth Opportunities.

Pay: $48,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
