About the Position
The Style Advisor is responsible for promoting the selling culture in the store, driving business through building strong client relationships, and leading the sales team.

Understand the overall concept of the Lilly Pulitzer brand, including the lifestyle, the client, the merchandise, and the heritage.
Education and Certifications, Experience and Skills, and Competencies
Minimum of 2 years' relevant experience, preferably in the fashion or retail industry.
This position is classified as a part-time OR full-time hourly, non-exempt position. You will be expected to work, on average, a 40-hour week.
