Duties

- Process transactions accurately using cash registers and handle cash with care.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring products are well-stocked and displayed attractively.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Utilize basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations as needed.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when answering customer inquiries or taking orders over the phone.
- Support inventory management by assisting in stock replenishment and conducting inventory counts as required.
- Foster a positive shopping environment by addressing customer concerns promptly and professionally.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Strong collaboration skills to work effectively within a team environment.
