Infrastructure Analyst- Tech@Lilly MQ
Lilly is entering an exciting period of growth and we are committed to delivering innovative medicines to patients around the world. Lilly is investing to create a new state-of-the-art manufacturing site, in Lebanon, Indianapolis. The brand-new facility will utilize the latest technology for API Manufacturing and will include several platforms including Peptides and Small Molecules Drug Substance Manufacturing. This is an exciting once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to help build and operate a new manufacturing site. The Lilly LP1 Lebanon site will be built using the latest high-tech equipment, advanced highly integrated and automated manufacturing systems, and have a focus on minimizing the impact to our environment.
What You’ll Be Doing:
You will be part of Tech@Lilly MQ (Manufacturing and Quality), an organization that drives manufacturing operational excellence and productivity efforts through utilization of technology. Tech@Lilly MQ strives to enable the making of medicine “with safety first and quality always”.
As an Infrastructure Integrator your main function is leading the efforts to successfully implement and support the LP1 site infrastructure including but not limited to business and manufacturing workstations, peripherals, printers, telecom, and others. The role will support multiple business groups such as Manufacturing Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering, Technical services/Manufacturing Science. The resource will also participate in ad-hoc site infrastructure projects and ensure enterprise and organizational cybersecurity practices are followed.
How You’ll Succeed:
Perform technical requirements gathering and analysis of business and manufacturing IT infrastructure
Coordinate with other Lilly groups and vendors regarding requirements, operating system requirements, additional hardware requirements and costs
Provide qualified infrastructure platforms.
Perform Cybersecurity assessments according to enterprise and organizational requirements
Train end user(s) on the operations of new equipment, workstation software, networking, etc
Troubleshooting problems on platforms including; Citrix, RealVNC, VDI, Linux, MacOs, Windows OS, iGel technology and other workstation connected hardware as well as Telecom.
Consultant for questions regarding infrastructure, compatibility, backup, and configuration issues
Provide strategy for immediate and future upgrades/patching of hardware and software applications
Providing supporting documentation for validation and testing of upgrades
Assist with validation of new and existing systems by providing technical design information to assure GMP data integrity

Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Engineering, or related technical field.
Additional Preferences
5 years of experience in a related field.
Experience in Pharmaceutical GMP Manufacturing
Experience supporting Process Automation systems infrastructure.
Other Information:
Role is Monday through Friday and based on-site. Must be flexible in providing support to accommodate other inputs (production schedules, shutdowns, etc.). Occasional extended hour and / or off-hour work may be required.
Position will be based out of Lebanon Indiana.
