*We are seeking a Registered Nurse to provide care to our hospice patients as an RN case manager to our growing hospice in the Eau Claire and Chippewa County areas. The ideal candidate is capable of promoting comfort and well-being in the patient and is able to conduct skilled nursing assessments. The Registered Nurse is responsible for providing patient care, administering medications and following the treatment plan created by the physician and the hospice interdisciplinary team. Responsibilities: developing and managing comprehensive care plans for terminally ill patients, coordinating with the interdisciplinary team, assessing patient needs, providing education to patients and families on end-of-life care, managing medications, and advocating for the patient's comfort and quality of life, all while maintaining open communication with the patient, family, and other healthcare providers.

Pay: Up to $42.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 24 per week
