Duties

- Monitor and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians as needed.
- Engage children in educational activities that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively, using positive reinforcement strategies to encourage good conduct.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom space that meets health and safety regulations.
- Communicate regularly with parents about their child's development and any concerns that may arise.
- Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in early childhood education.
Qualifications
- Experience in childcare settings is preferred; experience as a nanny is also valuable.
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and practices is essential.
- Strong behavior management skills to effectively guide children's behavior in the classroom.
- Certification in First Aid and CPR is highly desirable.
- Ability to create engaging educational activities tailored to the needs of infants through preschool-aged children.
