Overview
We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Host/Busser. In this dynamic role, you will alternate between serving as a welcoming Host and an efficient Busser, contributing to the smooth operation of our fast-paced restaurant environment.
As a Host, you will be the first point of contact for guests, greeting them with a warm and friendly demeanor, managing reservations, and seating them at their tables. Your excellent communication skills and positive attitude will help create a memorable first impression and ensure a seamless dining experience.
On other days, you will step into the role of a Busser, where you'll play an essential part in maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting dining area. You'll assist with clearing and resetting tables, supporting wait staff, and ensuring that all guests receive prompt and attentive service. Your attention to detail, efficiency, and ability to work well in a team will help enhance the overall guest experience.

Host Duties:
- Greet and seat guests warmly, managing reservations and waitlists.
- Maintain a clean and organized host stand.
- Communicate with guests regarding wait times and seating arrangements.
- Answer phone calls and assist with take-out orders.
Busser Duties:
- Clear and reset tables quickly after guests depart.
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including tables and floors.
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with an emphasis on guest services and phone etiquette.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team in a high-energy environment.
- Must be able to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks as required.
