CWD is currently looking for an Equine Outside Sales Representative for the territory of Virginia.
What you’ll be doing…
As a saddle fitter specialist, in direct contact with equine professionals, you’ll apply your unique sales talents and passion for equine to:
- Become the most talented technical advisor within your territory
- Develop and manage your customer base independently (Amateurs, Trainers, Pro-Riders, Barns)
- Represent the brand at international and local competitions
- Create a unique experience for clients through your knowledge and best-in-class customer service
Requirements
Sales Representative Benefits:

Sales Representative Salary:
We will work with you to meet your targets and objectives through a ramp-up territory tailored plan.
Potential salary including base commissions:
- Year 1: Potential of $55K (including base & unlimited commission)
- Year 2: Potential of $65K-$85k (including base & unlimited commission)
- Year 3: Potential of $75K-$125k (including base & unlimited commission)
