The Lima Family YMCA located in Lima, OH is seeking Babysitting Staff to join our team.
We are looking for applicants that are available to work the following shifts:
· Monday through Friday, 8:00am – 1:00pm and 4:00pm - 8:00pm
· Saturday, 9:00am – 1:00pm (one Saturday a month required)
PAY RATE: $10.70 per hour
GENERAL FUNCTION:
Under the direction of the Babysitting Supervisor, all babysitters will assist in maintaining the babysitting program ensuring the safety of all program participants, members, and co-workers by maintaining a clean, and sanitary work environment, while working towards providing a program to foster children’s social, physical, spiritual, and mental growth.
REQUIREMENTS:
· Must be at least 16 years old
· Ability to work with children.
· Child care experience preferred.
· Reliable transportation to attend work.
· Team player with a positive, service-oriented attitude.
· Interested in contributing to the mission of the YMCA.
CERTIFICATIONS:
Current CPR and First Aid must be obtained within 30 days of employment
