What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Coordinator - Bio Med position at Lima Memorial Health System?
Functioning within the Health System’s mission, values, objectives, procedures and policies, the Biomed Office Coordinator oversees daily administrative and clerical operations of the department. The Biomed Office Coordinator effectively coordinates communication, verbal and written, and performs a variety of office tasks in support of department operations. Manages and supports department with Equipment Management Computerized System.
Education: Graduation from a vocational or technical school is preferred.
Licensure/Certification: None required.
Experience: Previous similar administrative support experience, including experience working with electronic work order and maintenance databases in a healthcare setting, is preferred.
Skills: Must have excellent “customer service”; communication skills and computer skills including competency with Microsoft products (Outlook, Word and Excel), Must also have a basic knowledge of maintenance functions and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
