Job Summary:
The Portfolio Management Summer Intern will support the Servicing Operations team by assisting in the completion of asset analysis. This individual should be motivated to learn more about both real estate and finance by supporting Lima One’s Portfolio Management Team in originations, construction management, and all other areas of default. The internship provides a great introduction to the company and culture while giving the individual an opportunity to add real value to the team while learning the day-to-day skills required in an analyst role.
The internship program will run from May 19 to August 1, 2025.

Duties And Responsibilities
- Analyze assets to understand asset valuation & servicing history
- Conduct market research to identify potential investment opportunities
- Prepare financial analysis and reports on existing investments
- Assist with the preparation of internal and external investment memorandums
- Monitor the performance of the company’s portfolio of loans and investments
- Assist with the development of asset valuation models
- Gain an understanding of origination files
- Gain an understanding of the construction management process to support decisions made
- Email communication and business communication
- Intricacies of real estate transactions
- Excel
Qualifications:
- Current or recently graduated undergraduate or graduate student majoring in Finance, Real Estate, Construction Management, Economics, or related field.
- Motivated self-starter who seeks to create value without constant direction.
- Embraces feedback.
- Excel competency.
