Job Description
This role involves serving as the primary point of contact for local branch leadership and sales teams, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration with clients. You will develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, providing expert advice on design, construction, commissioning, operation, and maintenance of facilities. Your responsibilities will include:
- Acting as the branch liaison to the engineering team (LCS) and participating in branch top customer account plans.
- Developing Scope Clarification Documents to define proposed scopes of work to customers and internal estimating purposes.
- Able to build, develop, and lead a local engineering team to meet the technical needs of maturing branch accounts.
- Participating in local industry functions strategically aligned with top customers and networking with local A/E talent for potential recruiting opportunities.
- Overseeing the production and distribution of design document deliverables for quality, thoroughness, and compliance with codes, standards, and performance criteria.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Architectural Engineering (or equivalent).
- 10-15 years of MEP engineering experience, with 5 years of leadership experience.
- Subject matter expertise in one or more areas of MEP engineering related to the design, construction, commissioning, operation, and/or maintenance of facilities.
- A strong grasp of fundamental engineering principles, analysis, calculations, systems, and local building codes and standards.
- Ability to communicate effectively (verbally and in writing) with diverse audiences.

Work Environment and Physical Demands
This position operates primarily in an office environment, utilizing standard office equipment. However, occasional visits to job sites may require intermittent exposure to outside weather and conditions/hazards typically associated with a construction site. The incumbent will regularly perform repetitive motion, possess visual acuity, and manual dexterity.
