We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our team at Limber Therapies. This per diem opportunity will allow you to work with a dynamic senior living community in AL and IL, providing adult daycare services.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements
- Evaluate patients and develop treatment plans to ensure quality outcomes
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care
Requirements:
- Degree from an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (BS, MS, or DPT)
- Current license as Physical Therapist in the state of practice
- New graduates welcome
