As a Fabricator at Lime Media, you will play a crucial role in executing and overseeing various fabrication projects. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks, including but not limited to:
Duties & Responsibilities
- Woodworking: Proficient in rough and finish carpentry, cabinet making, and other woodworking techniques.
- Metal Working: Welding techniques such as MIG and TIG. Sheet metal fabrication preferred.
- Electrical and HVAC Systems: Design and installation of electrical and HVAC systems as needed for fabrication projects.
- Generator Maintenance: Perform mechanical diagnosis, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of gas/diesel generators.
- High-Level Finishing: Ensure all fabricated materials meet the highest standards of finishing.
- Drawing Interpretation: Read and interpret simple/basic diagrams and schematics to guide project completion using best practices.
- Project Implementation: Collaborate with shop management to implement project plans and meet daily milestones for completion.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct quality assurance procedures to ensure the final product meets the highest standards.
- Workspace Maintenance: Maintain a clean and orderly workspace and toolbox to ensure efficiency and safety.
