Producer / Project Manager

Our Producer position oversees and coordinates the day-to-day activities, scheduling, purchasing, and communication of the production department, field operations, account management, and creative department related to production elements for programs and our clients.

Duties / Responsibilities :

Communicate with clients and lead them through various stages of production including handoff from sales
Procure elements to complete contracted elements per program
Source and manage third party vendors
Main point of contact / liaison for all project communication
Assist account managers with program execution to meet client demands
Responsible for adhering to project budget & deadlines
Review production schedules to ensure timelines support project deadlines
Review creative elements for quality control prior to sending out to clients
Lead interdepartmental communications between Lime teams with client contacts
Performs other related duties as assigned

Key Performance Indicators (KPI's)

Collaboration - liaise between client and internal teams to ensure project success at every stage

Accuracy - work with excellence to maintain a high level of accuracy regarding resource allocation for all aspects of operations including budget, labor, change orders, troubleshooting, and communications to meet and exceed client expectations.

Quality - maintain minimum client satisfaction rating goal of 95%.

Timely - be obsessive with deadlines and continually reinforce expectations internally and externally

Communication - Overcommunicate at every level, ensuring peace and pace for clients and teams

Requirements

Required Skills / Abilities :

High energy, extremely organized, and flexible with the ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-project, and deadline-oriented environment

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-centric mindset

Entrepreneurial, self-starter with hands-on approach to problem solving and solution selling

Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Education and Experience :

5-7 years of previous estimating, program / account management experience

Associate's degree preferred
