Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating administrative tasks, ensuring smooth and efficient office functions, and providing support to staff and visitors.
Responsibilities:
- Manage office operations, including organizing and maintaining office systems and procedures
- Oversee administrative tasks such as answering phones, coordinating mail, and managing office supplies
- Coordinate meetings and appointments, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and taking minutes
- Provide support to staff, including HR-related tasks such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records
- Assist with travel arrangements and event planning
- Monitor office budget and expenses, and negotiate contracts with vendors
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Supervise administrative staff and interns, delegating tasks as necessary
- Maintain a clean and organized office space
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of office management procedures and basic accounting principles
- Experience with office equipment and software
