Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Business Development

• Generate leads through neighborhood canvassing, grassroots marketing, and D2D strategies
• Form strategic partnerships with realtors, designers, builders, and local businesses
• Research and initiate partnerships and referral programs to maximize lead flow
  
  

Sales & Client Relations

• Qualify and manage leads, set appointments, and follow up on all customer inquiries
• Drive appointment-to-sale conversions, aiming to close deals that meet our high standards
• Facilitate customer interactions from initial contact through project completion, ensuring top-tier service and satisfaction
  
  

Operations & Project Management

• Oversee all production activities, coordinating with subcontractors and maintaining quality control on job sites
• Track project milestones and maintain accurate production reports through our CRM and scorecards
  
  

Team Management & Meetings

• Lead daily and weekly team huddles and quality meetings, and ensure consistent team alignment
• Facilitate staff training, workshops, and development programs, with a focus on growth and retention
  
  

Marketing & Social Media

• Grow LIME’s online presence by creating engaging content and managing posts
• Develop social media initiatives (surveys, raffles, etc.) to boost engagement and brand awareness
  
  

Administrative & Financial Oversight

• Manage CRM and other tech platforms, overseeing all client data and communication
• Track monthly expenses and work with the accounting team to manage budgets
• Process payroll and maintain personnel files to support a high-functioning team
