Job Summary:
We seek a motivated and results-driven Franchise Development Sales Assistant to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to assist in the growth and expansion of our franchise network by supporting the Franchise Development team in all aspects of the franchise development process.
Responsibilities:
- Be the main point of contact for all territory checks through the broker networks.
- Oversee and coordinate all broker network outreach, including but not limited to brand webinar schedules, in-person events, broker gifts, deal announcements, etc.
- Confirm receipt of all new leads, populate in CRM, and schedule an introductory call with the Director of Franchise Development.
- Oversee the delivery of Franchise Disclosure Documents (FDDs) to prospects and maintain files for receipt acknowledgments.
- Coordinate all Meet The Team Days (MTTD) and ensure prospects have complete itineraries with hotel and MTTD locations.
- Maintain broker network portals with the latest sales materials
- Assist in the development of franchise sales materials and presentations.
- Assist with mapping of territories for all prospects
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., marketing, operations) to support franchise development efforts.
- Maintain accurate records of all communications and activities with potential franchisees.

Requirements:
- Experience in sales, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel as needed for franchise meetings and trade shows.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in the franchising industry
- Knowledge of franchise disclosure documents and franchise regulations
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
