This is a part-time or subcontracted role, with the potential for full-time employment with full benefits as the business grows. You’ll start by leading one painter and eventually oversee multiple crews as we scale.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead & Manage – Oversee residential exterior painting projects from start to finish, ensuring high-quality work and an outstanding customer experience.
- Crew Supervision – Start by managing one painter, with the opportunity to lead multiple teams as we grow.
- Hands-On Painting – Perform and supervise prep work, spraying, rolling, and finishing touches with precision and care.
- Customer Interaction – Answer client questions, set clear expectations, and ensure they feel confident every step of the way.
- Quality Control – Maintain high standards of craftsmanship, ensuring every job is done with attention to detail and respect for the customer’s home.
- Process Improvement – Work alongside our product lead to refine techniques, streamline workflows, and implement innovative painting practices to enhance efficiency and quality.

- 4 years of residential exterior painting experience with a proven track record of managing projects and crew members.
- Strong leadership skills—able to manage and motivate a growing team.

Expected hours: 1 – 40 per week
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift

- Day shift
- Morning shift
- Weekends as needed
Experience:
- Residential painting: 4 years (Preferred)
- Supervising: 1 year (Preferred)
