Job Description
As a Dental Hygienist, you will play a critical role in maintaining the oral health and well-being of our patients. You will conduct thorough patient assessments, develop personalized treatment plans, and collaborate with doctors and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive dental hygiene services, including cleanings, exams, and treatments
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop personalized treatment plans
- Collaborate with doctors and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and staff to promote positive relationships and outcomes
Requirements
- Current dental hygienist license in CO and an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene (where required)
- Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening and medical history documentation
- CPR Certification
Preferred Qualifications
- 1 years of clinical experience
- Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays and electronic medical record systems
- Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet needs of patients and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients' dental health
