Host - Fine Dining

The ideal candidate will be focused on the fine details of elevated service with a passion to make emotional connections with guests and work with a team in the art of hospitality.

The host is the person responsible for helping greet and seat guests. When not directly helping guests, the host is tasked with helping throughout the restaurant wherever and whenever needed.

Responsibilities include:

• Greeting and welcoming guests into the restaurant
• Always looking for ways to create an emotional connection with our guests.
• Seating guests at empty and cleaned table - Helping throughout the restaurant when not directly helping guests
• Estimating wait times and monitoring the waiting list for guests - Ensuring that the needs of guests are met while they wait for tables
• Answering phones, booking reservations
• Cleaning tables and cleaning dishes
• Ensuring prompt and accurate delivery of food and non-alcoholic drinks
• Maintaining a safe and pristine environment
• And most importantly, creating unforgettable experiences for our guests
