Line Cooks are the front-line for ensuring the perfect preparation of our unique and carefully crafted recipes.
Responsibilities include:
- Washing and chopping vegetables, cutting meat and other general cooking duties
- Operating various food preparation equipment
- Preparing appetizers, salads, soups, sandwiches, and other entrees
- Have an eye for detail and precise ingredient preparation
- Maintaining a clean and orderly work area
