About the role
We are seeking a creative and visionary Vice President of Product Design to join our team and lead the design efforts across all of Link"s products. In this critical role, you will drive the strategy and execution of the user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design, ensuring that our platform delivers intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing experiences. You will collaborate closely with product, engineering, and executive leadership to create a cohesive and scalable design vision that supports our company's strategic goals. Design Leadership
- Define and implement the overarching design strategy for Link's products, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
- Lead the design team in crafting user-centric, visually engaging, and highly functional interfaces that drive user satisfaction and retention.
- Advocate for best practices in UX / UI design, setting high standards for usability, accessibility, and aesthetics.
- Foster a culture of innovation and creativity, encouraging the exploration of new design methodologies, tools, and technologies.
Team Management and Development
Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing product design team, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.Provide coaching, feedback, and growth opportunities to design team members, ensuring the team's skills evolve with industry trends.Collaborate with HR to identify and recruit top design talent, building a team that excels in both creative output and business impact.Product Strategy and Execution
Partner closely with product management and engineering to define product visions and translate business objectives into user-friendly design solutions.Ensure design solutions are scalable and consistent across all products, maintaining and expanding a comprehensive design system.Oversee the design process from ideation to execution, ensuring that design decisions are informed by user research, data, and usability testing.Collaborate with product teams to deliver high-quality design assets and detailed design specifications for developers to ensure seamless implementation.Cross-Functional Collaboration

Educational Background : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.Experience : 10 years of experience in product design, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing design teams.Technical Expertise :Proven track record of designing user-centric, visually compelling digital products.
