Duties
- Prepare and set up the breakfast area prior to service, ensuring cleanliness and organization.
- Serve breakfast items including coffee, pastries, fruits, and hot dishes to guests.
- Operate cash register and process payments accurately.
- Maintain food safety and hygiene standards during meal preparation and service.
- Assist guests with inquiries regarding menu items and provide recommendations as needed.
- Clean and restock the breakfast area throughout service to ensure a pleasant dining experience.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation and presentation.
- Handle guest feedback promptly and professionally to enhance guest relations.
Experience
- Previous experience in food service or kitchen environments is preferred.
- Knowledge of food handling practices is essential for maintaining safety standards.
- Strong guest service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
- Experience with meal preparation and coffee service is desirable.
