Responsibilities:
- Operations Management: Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage (if applicable).
- Financial Performance: Drive revenue growth, control costs, and maximize profitability.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing team.
- Guest Satisfaction: Ensure guest satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and resolving issues promptly.
- Brand Standards: Maintain brand standards and implement marketing initiatives.
- Compliance: Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and legal regulations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a General Manager or Assistant General Manager in a hotel setting.

Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary: $47,000 - $50,000 annually, depending on experience.
- 14 paid days off after one year of employment.
