What are the responsibilities and job description for the Program & Operations Specialist position at Limitless Advisor Coaching?
Seeking a Skilled Program & Operations Specialist to help us deliver our coaching programs with hyper-efficiency, wrapped in a world-class client experience.
WHO ARE WE
Limitless is a fast-growing business consulting and coaching firm that specializes in helping financial advisors build a wildly successful business and life they love. We’re a team of happy, high performers who genuinely like each other, so a high-vibing team player is mandatory. We operate on a fully remote basis with flexible schedules, giving you ownership of your role and results. We have a slight obsession with business excellence and running a hyper-efficient business (so that we deliver deep value while enjoying the ride and the rewards).
We’re hiring for a Program & Operations Specialist to support our coaching services and program operations. You’ll be the point person on our tech platforms, manage our content databases and interfaces (specifically in Airtable), keep our tech in check and ensure we deliver exceptional service in a hyper-efficient way. We’re looking for a guru to own our program operations, build really cool stuff, and integrate solutions across tech platforms—all focused on keeping our clients happy and engaged. You will build, manage and support program management platforms, member and content databases, and lead generation and business campaigns.
If you love using tech to build creative solutions and create business efficiencies while working with a fun team in a growing business, read on!
