Embroidery Machine Operator and Production Assistant

Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Embroidery Machine Operator & Production Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating multi-head embroidery machines and assisting with other production tasks, ensuring high-quality results from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
Operate a 6-head 2018 Barudan embroidery machine independently, managing the entire embroidery process from setup to completion.
Run entire jobs start to finish, routine machine maintenance, troubleshoot machine issues as needed.
Maintain quality control by ensuring accurate placement, proper stitching, and clean finishing.
Assist with heat press jobs, including cutting DTF transfers and pressing.
Support other production tasks as needed, such as trimming, folding, and packaging finished products.
Keep the workspace organized and maintain embroidery equipment to ensure optimal performance.

Qualifications:
Prior experience operating multi-head embroidery machines, preferably Barudan models but not required.
Knowledge of embroidery software and file preparation is a plus.
Ability to work independently and efficiently.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Experience with heat press operations is a plus.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as needed.

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
