Job Description:
As an Office Administrator, you will be the backbone of our daily operations, ensuring efficiency and organization in our office. You will be responsible for handling administrative tasks, assisting with client communications, and supporting our team in providing exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- This role will involve managing new agent onboarding, handling administration processes, and providing general administrative support to our brokers and operations team.
- Maintain accurate records of onboarding status, deadlines, and key milestones.
- Manage day-to-day office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and documentation.
- Maintain and organize client records and agency files securely.
- Assist with follow up on pending documentation for insurance applications.
- Coordinate with insurance carriers and underwriters as needed.
- Handle invoicing, billing, and office supply inventory.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in an administrative or office management role (preferred)
- High School Diploma/GED – Required.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with great attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
