Limitless Pediatric Solutions: Childcare and Therapy Center is currently looking for a Bilingual COO English/Spanish for supervising all settings.

Tasks:
-Suggests plans to maximize the company’s and assets’ growth. Ensure that knowledge and efficiency are maintained across all operating platforms. Help to create, implement, and revise operational policies and procedures for the organization.
-Working with the human resources department to develop and implement staff evaluation parameters. Overseeing client support services. Also, supervise all the level managers to ensure goals and tasks have been completed while reporting to the Owner. Keep a consistent and excellent work environment.
-Meet weekly with Therapy Admin Assistant, Office Admin Assistant, interpreting director, billing and location directors to ensure task completion and assign new ones, review goals, ensure LPS standards are being met Delegate for director any task that must be assigned to a teacher.
-Receive, approved, and keep calendar for Time off requested. Receive information from DSS and distribute it to the locations.
-Update teachers and administration Schedule biweekly and camp days as needed and send to HR. Before check *Check Time Off request, send email back to the staff who has requested, cc HR and schedule in Fusion, keep communication with HR for any issues with staff and create the best plan.
-Check with HR payroll before submitting. Update Regular schedule and instructions as needed. keep calendar for staff review meeting 30, 180- and 1-year review and elaborate Performance, delegate to the directors as needed. Meet with staff and owner as needed.
-Create and update procedures, processes, policies, handbooks, new hire contracts, school contracts as needed for the different areas of the company.
-Check job descriptions, make corrections as needed and submit to HR. Receive, elaborate or delegate then check and submit documents requested from DSs, ABC, CACFP or insurance.
-Keep in file meeting agendas, review, and performance, contracts, w4/w9, and ADP documents. Be available during the week to help with any issues from Therapy or school.
-Participate in parents meeting as needed, then check meeting agenda is accurate before it is sent to parents and participial.
-Update policies and procedures, if as been delegate assure the changes made requirements and expectations.
-Check the Newsletter before it has been posted. Make sure new procedures, and rules as been meet and follow up with the supervisor in charge. Keep communication with different organizations and people that we partnership (First step, ABC, EIs, DDSN, USC, PEAR Network etc.).
-Keep current and updated information in one drive and Staff sign in form. Make sure directors keep current schedule for parents and Teacher’s conference, parents appreciation day, developmental trainings for parents, Monkey Survey, etc. Promotions Limitless services (school, camps, EI, interpretation cases, etc.) every time the opportunity is open.
-Check and follow up with bookkeeper any billing issues, from QuickBooks, Engage or babyNet, etc. Help with students' behaviors as needed. Help with organization and rearrangements in rooms and building as needed. Interpreting as needed. Interview new employees. Update monthly Employees of the month and share the form, check result, and inform to the owner
