Job Summary
We are seeking a licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our team! In this role, you will diagnose and treat psychological disorders, teach communication skills, assist patients in addressing dysfunctional behaviors, and guide them through crises. Key Responsibilities :
Conduct initial and ongoing assessments to understand clients mental health issues, history, and goals.
Provide individual, couples, family, or group therapy sessions.
Develop personalized treatment plans based on clients assessments, ensuring alignment with their goals.
Provide immediate support during emergencies or crisis situations (e.g., self-harm, suicidal ideation, or severe anxiety).
Maintain confidential, accurate, and up-to-date client records and documentation in accordance with legal and ethical guidelines.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals (doctors, psychiatrists, social workers, etc.) to provide comprehensive care.
Educate clients about their conditions and treatment options.
Adhere to ethical guidelines and standards of practice set by regulatory bodies (e.g., APA, ACA, NASW).
