Position Overview:

We seek Nevada-licensed (or upcoming new grad) Athletic Trainers to provide full-time sports medicine coverage throughout the greater Las Vegas Valley. This position will be the primary Athletic Trainer at a Clark County School District (CCSD) school. This role is ideal for motivated professionals who thrive in team-based environments and are passionate about helping athletes of all levels achieve their goals.

This full-time position has a consistent schedule that includes afternoons, evenings, and weekends as needed. Coverage includes practices, games, tournaments, and other athletic events for our contracted organizations. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site athletic training coverage for practices, games, tournaments, and special events.
• Design and implement injury prevention and rehabilitation programs specific to the athlete’s needs.
• Administer athletic training techniques, including taping, bracing, wound care, hydration protocols, and emergency response procedures.
• Perform injury evaluations and determine the next steps for athletes in collaboration with physical therapists and/or physicians.
• Coordinate medical care for athletes, including EMS services when necessary.
• Document injury evaluations, treatment plans, and rehabilitation progress accurately and promptly.
• Support athlete recovery by connecting them to the Limitless Recovery Lounge services and other programs.
• Educate athletes, parents, and coaches on injury prevention, recovery strategies, and return-to-play protocols.
• Promote Limitless Sports Medicine's services by participating in outreach events like races, tournaments, and school clinics.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (minimum) in Athletic Training or related field.
• Nevada Athletic Trainer License (or pending for new graduates).
• BOC certification.
• Current CPR/AED certification (Healthcare Provider).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
