Key Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site athletic training coverage for practices, games, tournaments, and special events.
- Design and implement injury prevention and rehabilitation programs specific to the athlete’s needs.
- Administer athletic training techniques, including taping, bracing, wound care, hydration protocols, and emergency response procedures.
- Perform injury evaluations and determine the next steps for athletes in collaboration with physical therapists and/or physicians.
- Coordinate medical care for athletes, including EMS services when necessary.
- Document injury evaluations, treatment plans, and rehabilitation progress accurately and promptly.
- Support athlete recovery by connecting them to the Limitless Recovery Lounge services and other programs.
- Educate athletes, parents, and coaches on injury prevention, recovery strategies, and return-to-play protocols.
- Promote Limitless Sports Medicine's services by participating in outreach events like races, tournaments, and school clinics.
