We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry/Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering and managing data within our systems. This role is crucial for maintaining the integrity of our databases and supporting various administrative functions within the office. Marketing experience would be beneficial
Responsiblities:
- Input and update data into computerized databases with high accuracy.
- Maintain organized records and files to ensure easy retrieval of information.
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
- Must be able to type 45-50 WPM
- Understanding of e-commerce dynamics (Ebay, Groupon, Tiktok and Walmart) to optimize online sales channels.
- Collaborate with team members to support administrative tasks as needed
Experience:
- Previous experience in data entry and marketing experience is preferred.
- Proficiency in using computer systems, databases, and office software, particularly Excel and Google Sheets
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Attention to detail is essential for ensuring data accuracy.
- Experience with Tiktok marketing is extremely helpful
