Entry Level Customer Service Team Member Responsibilities :
- Assist customers with inquiries, providing clear and helpful information about products, services and sales opportunities.
- Provide professional, knowledgeable, courteous customer service and maintain friendly, helpful demeanor.
- Attend daily meetings with fellow Entry Level Customer Service Team Members to collaborate goals and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction while aligning with sales targets.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and in a manner that will retain and promote customer loyalty.
- Attend daily team campaign meetings to set goals collaborating with the sales team.
- Directly market and sell products and services to qualified customers in a face to face environment.
