We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Shop Coordinator to join our team. This position involves managing the shop schedule, overseeing daily operations, conducting team meetings, problem-solving, ensuring quality control, and managing inventory. The ideal candidate must demonstrate initiative, have the ability to learn independently, and align with our company's mission and values. This role also includes machinery maintenance, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with supervisors and team members. Key Responsibilities:

• Shop Schedule Management: Use ClickUp to track and incorporate jobs into the schedule, considering current capacity.
• Daily Huddles: Conduct daily meetings at 8 AM to inform the team about the day's plan, acknowledge achievements, and discuss relevant topics, including spiritual matters.
• Problem Solving: Address 98% of questions independently, presenting solutions for approval when necessary. Develop a "figure it out" mentality.
• Shop Oversight: Maintain a broad perspective of shop operations, performing walkthroughs to stay informed.
• Progress Management: Keep the shop advancing by anticipating and resolving potential issues, monitoring inventory, project status, and team performance.
• Ownership and Initiative: Take ownership of shop operations, ensuring schedules are met, inventory is managed, and quality standards are upheld. Proactively seek opportunities for improvement and learning.
• Machinery Maintenance: Develop and follow a maintenance schedule for machinery, coordinating with experts like Chad and Rob for guidance.
• Mission and Vision Alignment: Fully embrace and align with the company's mission and vision, demonstrating loyalty and ethical conduct.
• ClickUp Accuracy: Ensure all information in ClickUp is accurate by verifying entries regularly.
• Communication and Meetings: Engage in weekly meetings with the supervisor to discuss progress and address any concerns or ideas. Maintain open communication with the team.
• Personal Development: Continuously strive to improve professionally, spiritually, and personally. Represent the company's values and strive to be a positive influence.
• Departmental Assistance: Assist in various departments as needed to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Team Productivity Management: Oversee and manage the productivity of team members, ensuring they are meeting performance standards and contributing effectively to shop operations.
• Accountability: Hold team members accountable for following systems and fulfilling their duties. Ensure quality standards are met throughout the production process.

Future Responsibilities:

• Final Quality Control: Conduct the final quality check on products, following guidelines provided by the supervisor.
• Weekly Inventory Management: Perform weekly inventory checks and submit reports to the supervisor for ordering purposes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 47 per week
