We're looking to expand our team and are currently hiring Managers for our Walnut Creek location (with great pay & benefit opportunities!) to join our fun & creative staff! Salary & benefits will be discussed during interview process and is based on experience. We are looking for a restaurant manager that has passion for hospitality and leadership, as well as looking to grow with our company!
Limon Restaurants opened it's doors 22 years ago in San Francisco, and has enjoyed enormous success ever since and continues to grow (with more locations coming soon!)
The position demands professionalism, strong time-management, communication and planning skills, leadership and a genuine spirit of cooperation. The right person also possesses sharp problem-solving skills and takes pleasure in exceeding customer expectations. Must also have a passion for motivating our staff to serve customers promptly and courteously, & do it in a volume, fast-paced environment.
Job Summary:
-Mobilize restaurant's management team to oversee the financial controls, operations, people development and customer service within the restaurant, across all shifts.
-Provide leadership, support and guidance required to ensure that all food quality standards, food safety guidelines and customer service expectations are met.
-Maintain a facility that is consistently "inspection ready" in all areas.
-Complies and maintains all Department of Health, internal company inspections.
-Maintains a professional restaurant image including restaurant cleanliness, proper uniforms, and appearance standards.
-Establishes daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly sales goals/forecasts to meet and exceed budgeted expectations.
-Possess a strong work ethic.
-Polished & professional.
Responsibilities:
-Manage, educate, train and empower the entire restaurant staff
-To respond promptly to customer questions and complaints
-Ensure consistency is upheld throughout with food, drinks and operational standards
-To conduct regular employee reviews and team management
-Overall responsibility of all cash handling, banking, safety procedures, and report analysis
-Ordering and maintaining supplies
Job Requirements
-3 years of Restaurant Manager experience in a fast paced environment.
-Experience and knowledge with department cost controls.
-Must have basic mathematical skills
-Manager Servsafe certified
-Must be able to write & communicate clearly in English. Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plus.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
