Basic Duties for Ticket Agent:
Responsible for ticket/freight sales and money by phone transactions.
Position Requirements:
- Excellent communication and Customer service skills
- Ability to perform basic mathematics
- Ability to work without close supervision
- Cash handling and credit card transaction experience is helpful
- Excellent team-oriented, interpersonal skills
- Multi-tasker, flexible to changing priorities
- Ability to work under pressure
Physical Requirements
- Visual and audio acuity
- Ability to communicate - English & Spanish preferred
- Mobility and dexterity to the extent necessary to perform the duties listed above
- Talking and listening
- Sitting, walking, standing, reaching and grasping, pushing and pulling
- Use and exposure to hazardous materials or chemicals
- Lifting frequency for luggage handling is light to heavy including luggage between 50-100Lbs.
