We are currently looking for a Front Desk Coordinator with professional experience to join our team!

What you’ll be doing:

  • Perform administrative and clerical tasks such as submitting expense reports, sorting and distributing electronic faxes, etc. 
  • Provide administrative assistance such as answering phones, accepting deliveries, ordering office supplies, etc.
  • Greeting visitors and notifying appropriate parties that visitors have arrived. Processing visitor sign ins. 
  • Order company lodging cards and business cards upon request
  • Maintains inventory of vending machines and coffee for break areas
  • Communicates with Facilities Manager with any building maintenance issues
  • Creates and maintains lunch rotation schedule for the front desk
  • Maintains postage machine 
  • Other duties as assigned

 What we’re looking for:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates degree in office administration or related field preferred.
  • At least three years of administrative and clerical experience required
  • Extensive knowledge of office management procedures.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
