What You’ll Be Doing:
- Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs
- Posting jobs, screening resumes, interviewing candidates, and making hiring recommendations
- Providing a high-touch experience for every candidate
- Evaluating and implementing recruiting tools and programs
- Managing the internal transfer process and following up with candidates and hiring managers
- Coordinating new hire paperwork and performing data entry
- Assisting the HR management team with special projects
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required
- 5 years’ experience in high volume construction trade recruitment. Must be in construction.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other various ATS or recruitment platforms needed.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Dependability and a strong work ethic
