Responsibility
- Ensures adherence to safety protocols and maintains a safe working environment.
- Oversees daily production operations to ensure quality and efficiency and standards are met.
- Manages and coordinates team activities, providing guidance and support to production staff.
- Monitors production metrics and implements improvements to enhance productivity.
- Serve as a key member of the Core Team, collaborating with other departments to optimize workflow and resolve any production issues.
- Conducts performance evaluations, issues corrective counselling and provides training in coordination with the Human Resources department
