Job Title: Quality Technician
Job Summary : The Quality Technician ensures that internal processes are being followed and that finished product meets customer specifications.
Responsibility
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Required Skills/Experience
Previous experience running a CMM is required
1-3 years of experience working in Quality in a manufacturing setting preferred.
Basic knowledge of quality systems.
Basic blueprint reading and GD&T.
Basic understanding of quality documentation (control plans, FMEA, Process flow diagrams).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.

Job Title: Quality Technician

Responsibility
- Operate CMM programs and interpret data collected.
- Conduct first piece set-up approvals.
- Conduct In-process floor audits.
- Disposition product in the Scrap and Hold Areas daily.
- Collect, evaluate, and record scrap on each shift.
- Ensure all documentation is completed correctly.
- Train operators as needed in gage reading and methods of usage.
- Assist in PPAP required studies.
