Senior Product Engineer
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and four years of related experience.
- Technical – Must possess a familiarity with driveline manufacturing and assembly operations. Capable of producing component and assembly drawings and reading blueprints. Experience with solid modeling programs such as Pro-E, Unigraphics, IDEAs, Catia, or SolidWorks.
- Communication – Must possess good verbal and written skills as there will be extensive customer, sales, and manufacturing personnel contact. The ability to communicate effectively within a group or team. Must be able to articulate precise instructions and effectively transfer information.
- Analytical – Ability to work with mathematical concepts and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
- Problem Solving – Ability to apply principles of logical or scientific thinking to a wide range of intellectual and practical problems. Ability to deal with nonverbal symbolism (formulas, scientific equations, graphs, etc.,) in its most difficult phases. Ability to deal with a variety of abstract and concrete variables.
