TQM Systems Administrator
Coordinates activities for compliance of, and the improvement of, all quality systems. Provides technical support to investigate, audit, develop and implement continuous improvement for production and development processes to achieve high quality, productivity and safety. The selected individual will support Linamar’s Quality Department.

TQM Systems Administrator

Performance Expectations
- Maintain effective communication with internal and external customers to ensure all quality requirements are met.
- Interpret regulatory quality documents in order to apply them to manufacturing and quality systems.
- Assist Quality Managers with documentation and re-certification of the quality management system.
- Interact with various groups responsible for developing documentation to meet quality requirements and verify current procedures by conducting interviews orally or using written communication.
- Communicate any deviations that come up during review to document owner.
- Rewrite existing procedures to ensure all documentation is written in correct format in accordance with ISO 9001 – IATF 16949:2016
- Review current documentation and modify format as required following the outlined process per the Quality Standard.
- Participate in support of ISO certification, customer and surveillance audits.
- Coordinate completion of audits including managing the audit schedule for both on-site and supplier audits, administrating and tracking all Internal/External audits, and maintain archive of all audit reports.
- Contributor to the administration of Engineering Change Order Process.
- Coordinate, facilitate and participate in the completion of customer questionnaires.
- Manages and coordinates the internal auditing program.
- Manage the administration & control of the Linamar process and equipment including maintaining all records pertaining to the calibration and maintenance.
- Assist in the administration of the non-conformance, deviation, and corrective/preventive action processes.
- Assist in Maintaining KPI metrics for Quality Assurance activities.
- Reporting on the performance of the systems for review and as a basis for improvement.
- Provide information for inclusion to the management review report.
- Maintain effective communication with internal and external customers to ensure all quality requirements are met.
- Review of customer websites and scorecards
- A bachelor’s degree in business/quality, five years of relevant automotive manufacturing working experience, or equivelant experience.
- Additional education in technology, management, and auditing is preferred.
- Essential Skills
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English fluently.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to meet or exceed the company’s attendance standards.
- Ability to understand and follow directions given.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Excellent computer skills (Including, but not limited to: Windows, Office, Visio, Project Manager, and Internet).
- Conduct self-directed studies by reading journals and trade publications.
- Ability to work independently.
- Organized with ability to work independently.
- Self-directed, willing to take initiative and start tasks without direction.
- Established verbal and written skills, including the ability to interface with both technical and non-technical personnel.
- Successful completion of a certified ISO/IATF/VDA Lead Auditor Course or ability to obtain.
